Test Description
The tests included in Birlasoft placement process are
- Written test
- Group discussion
- Technical interview
- HR interview
Written test
The test duration is 60 minutes. There is a negative marking of 0.25 for every wrong answer.
Quantitative Aptitude section consists of math questions from the topics like algebra, time & work, speed distance time, probability, ratios, and percentages.
Verbal section questions focus on synonyms, antonyms, identification of correct sentence.
Technical section questions focus on the topics RDBMS, JAVA, C and OOPS.
Group discussion
The topics will be general and simple. Usage of simple vocabulary without grammatical error helps in clearing the round.
Technical interview
In RDBMS, questions will be from SQL, Join, Keys and its types, Normalization. You can expect questions from Multithreading, OO concepts, Interface, Inheritance, Constructors, Polymorphism and Abstract classes as well.
HR Interview
Mainly focus on the adaptability, work ethics, positive attitude towards everything that comes the candidate’ way etc.
